About the Position: The Quality Analyst/Quality Head will play a pivotal role in setting objectives for daily operations, conducting resource planning to optimize productivity, and analyzing key statistics to drive performance improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities Summary:
- Provide guidance to team members and address performance issues as they arise.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage a team of customer relationship officers to consistently meet or exceed client satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Analyze data to identify trends in customer needs or behavior, suggesting necessary changes to business processes.
- Develop and implement new processes or procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
