About the Position: The Quality Analyst/Quality Head will play a pivotal role in setting objectives for daily operations, conducting resource planning to optimize productivity, and analyzing key statistics to drive performance improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities Summary:

  • Provide guidance to team members and address performance issues as they arise.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Manage a team of customer relationship officers to consistently meet or exceed client satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in customer needs or behavior, suggesting necessary changes to business processes.
  • Develop and implement new processes or procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Education and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
