Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct tele-calling to identify investors and potential clients.
- Skillfully filter clients interested in investing in the UAE market.
- Meet daily calling targets.
- Stay updated on investment and real estate market trends.
- Manage a portfolio of listings.
- Maintain detailed client profiles including their requirements.
- Serve as a market specialist to offer informed guidance to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Preferred: Demonstrated sales experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient in negotiation and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
Education and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: Preferred: 1 year of experience; however, we welcome freshers as well.
