We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the entire employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless journey from recruitment to exit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in hiring decisions alongside managing partners.
  • Onboarding: Facilitating a warm welcome for new hires and facilitating their smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Employee Success Partner: Addressing queries, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Compliance Guardian: Ensuring strict adherence to all labor laws and company policies.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Managing employee records, aiding in payroll processing, and administering benefits.
  • Separation Specialist: Managing employee exits in a professional and organized manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven HR experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HR software (preferred).

Education and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
